PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

1. The Privacy policy of confidentiality and protection of your Agency’s personal data is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement, which is available on the website.

2. The Agency respects your right to inviolability and confidentiality of your personal data obtained as a result of using this website and takes all necessary measures to preserve your confidentiality and security, including using generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection against possible losses, improper use, modification or destruction. Considering the peculiarities and threats in the information space, the Agency, however, cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your data, but will do everything possible to ensure that your personal data is protected as much as possible.

3. The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions of the privacy policy (“Terms”). The transmission of personal data to the Agency is voluntary. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website and leave it immediately.

4. If you wish to continue using this website or making an order, you:

  • Undoubtedly accept these Terms fully and without any changes;
  • Informed that your personal data may be collected and processed using the Agency’s technical capabilities on this website;
  • You agree to the collection and processing of all your personal data provided by you for the purpose specified in these Terms and the Offer Agreement;
  • You consent to the processing and cross-border transfer of your personal data, if this is required by the terms of use of the website and the terms of the condition of Services;
  • You consent to the transfer of your personal data to third parties (including Service Providers) for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement and providing Services;
  • You give your permission to the collection and storage of your personal data without limitation of the validity, until you make a request or wish to stop the processing of your personal data and / or their destruction, or until the moment of termination of the relationship at the initiative of the Agency or for other reasons in accordance with the requirements of the law.

5. For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Agency” also includes its affiliates entities or groups of the companies, as well as representatives, managers, agents, employees or partners who may have access to your personal data as a result of your use of this Site.

6. What data we collect and process about you: We receive and store information that you enter on the website, report to the Customer Support Service, provide to the Agency in any other way, extent necessary to provide the services or to discharge our contractual obligations to you. Personal data may be automatically collected and processed when using the website (e.g. through cookies). Such information may include: information by which you can be identified (personal data), especially your last name, first name and middle name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile phone number, postal address and e-mail address.

   The above Data can be collected through cookie files (clause 9 of this Privacy Policy). The Agency may also request additional information, which may include “confidential” personal data (for example, information that can identify you / the recipient’s state of health or religious beliefs), in order to provide you / the Recipient with the highest level of Service

   You understand that any general and “sensitive” personal data provided by you on this website is provided at your own discretion and only for the provision of the Services you have selected. You also understand that without providing some of the specified personal data, the provision of the Services may not be possible.

7. Data we collect and process about third parties (Buyers / Clients). If you make an Order for Services and pay for them on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information you provide about them is also collected and processed by the Agency under the same conditions on which your personal data is processed. By providing such information about third parties, you confirm that such third party has read these Terms, understands their implications, and provides their unconditional and full consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms.

8. Collection the data of minors. If you are a minor, do not use this website and leave it immediately. This website is not used and is not intended to collect information about minor users, and to distribute information about the Services to children without the consent of their parents or legal representatives. The Agency processes personal data of minors only in cases of providing such information by their parents or legal representatives and only for the purpose of creating an order. If the Agency becomes aware of the use of the website by a minor and providing their personal data, or in the case of a request from parents or legal representatives to delete the personal data of minors, such information will be deleted within a reasonable time and the Agency will do its best not to store and process personal data of minors.

9. Automated data and ‘cookies’ collection. The Agency may collect and receive additional data and information about you from time to time. 10. How we use your data and the data of third parties. 11. Google Analytics. The Agency uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytic tool which helps to understand how visitors interact with the website. Google Analytics collects the following data: browser, device type, device model, location, country, city, service provider, screen resolution (on mobile), time spent on the website, language, operating system, visited pages on the website. As a rule, social network providers receive information through their software extensions about your use of the website, namely: about your operating system, browser, IP address, which content is currently being searched for, which content was searched last time, as well as about date / time of content viewing.

Such information enables the social network provider to compile a profile of your user behavior and add this information to the relevant social network profile. It is possible that such a profile can be customized for you, even if you are not registered or logged into the social network. Please note that the Agency does not have detailed information about the content of data which is transmitted or used by third parties – providers of software extensions of social networks. Please contact the relevant social network provider directly for this information and read their privacy policy for more detailed information about the collection, storage, processing and transfer of personal data, what rights you have or how to obtain satisfactory privacy settings. If you do not want to transfer such data, the Agency recommends that you log out of all social networks before using the website.

13. Transmission of your data. By using this website and placing an Order, you agree that your data may be transferred to third parties only for the purpose of properly providing the Services you have chosen, which could not be provided without such transfer of your personal data. By placing an Order on the website, you agree to the transfer of personal data to third parties.

   The Agency may transfer your data to the following entities:

  • To operators, such as hotels, etc., who provide the Services you have ordered. All Services on this website which are offered by third parties are marked as such on our website. Please note that such operators may contact you to obtain additional information about you, assist you with booking Services, or respond to your comments. In particular, you  give us your consent to share your email address and mobile phone number;
  • To independent operators who offer services and act on our behalf, as well as operators who process payment card data, business analysts, account managers, marketers, experts who issue surveys or other offers and are responsible for preventing fraud with payments;
  • To business partners with whom we offer products and services or their products and services that are offered on our website.

   We may also provide your personal data to the Agency’s affiliates or groups of affiliates, representatives, officers, agents, employees or partners for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions set  in the Offer.

In addition, we may disclose your information:

  • In response to an executive document, a subpoena or a court decision; to protect against unlawful claims; or to comply with other legal requirements. In this case, we reserve the right to appeal;
  • In the event that we consider it necessary to respond to illegal actions or conduct an analysis of an illegal act, in order to demand such an analysis or take appropriate measures; to protect or preserve our rights, property, or the safety of the Agency, the website, or consumers; relating to our Offer or other contracts;
  • In connection with the conclusion of contracts in certain areas, in particular the liquidation, merger and acquisition, merger of capitals or sale of the above, as well as, which is unlikely, bankruptcy.    The storage and processing of your personal data may be carried out on servers and resources belonging to the Agency or independent contractors and may be located in any country in the world (including, but not limited to, the countries of the European Union or the European Economic Area, the United States, Canada ).

   If you use this website from within the European Union, you hereby agree on the transfer of your personal data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. You are informed and agreed  that your personal data may also be transferred to the United States. Any cross-border transfer of data takes place only for the fulfillment of the terms of the Offer Agreement, these Terms and Conditions and for the purpose of providing the Services ordered by you. All cross-border data transfers are limited to those categories of data and recipients that are necessary for the implementation of the rules, these provisions and provide requested services.

15. Making changes. The Agency may, on its own discretion, amend these Terms from time to time. The Agency will publish changes on this website. The Agency has no obligation to notify you about the changes to these Terms, other than by posting them on this website. Changes take effect from the date of publication. You undertake to check these Terms regularly for updates by yourself. You understand and agree on acceptance of these Terms and/or use of this website after the date the changes are posted will constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms, you must stop using the website.
